Original paper bag for hand delivery

We have original paper bags with yellow satin ribbons available. Please purchase the one that best suits your needs. The products are basically wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon around them.

If you are unsure which size is best, please select "Leave it to us" and we will select the size of the paper bag that best suits the size of the product you purchased and include it with your purchase.

・Depending on the number of items, they may not all fit into one paper bag. If you need more than two paper bags, we will add them without notifying you of the additional 330 yen. If you need three or more bags, we will contact you by email.

We strive to pack carefully, but please be aware that the paper carrier bag may become slightly creased during transport.

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00am, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00am will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Notes

• We may not be able to ship or respond to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, or long holidays (such as the New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and Obon). Therefore, we will respond in order from the first business day.
• Please note that if your order needs to be verified, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience <br/>The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.

■ We will cover the return and exchange fees due to initial defects or incorrect products.

• Even in cases of initial defects or incorrect products, we may refuse your return if a long period of time has passed.
