Drawstring bag

The products are generally wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon around them. If you are carrying them by hand, we recommend a drawstring bag. It is a sturdy drawstring bag with a cute giraffe illustration and two layers of polka dot satin ribbon. Our staff will choose a bag that fits the size of the product, wrap it, and deliver it to you.

• All ordered items are wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon. All purchased items will be wrapped together. Some items may be wrapped separately due to their size or shape.
• If you order three or more items, the first three will be wrapped at the same price.
• The size of the drawstring bag will be chosen based on the size of the product you purchase.
• Regular size (50cm) does not fit into the drawstring bag. Please choose the paper bag.

Other requests: If there are any items you would like wrapped (e.g., if you would like only one item wrapped), please write the details in the "Notes" section when placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all of your requests. To ensure accurate wrapping, we recommend placing separate orders for each gift.

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00am, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00am will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Notes

• We may not be able to ship or respond to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, or long holidays (such as the New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and Obon). Therefore, we will respond in order from the first business day.
• Please note that if your order needs to be verified, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience <br/>The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.

■ We will cover the return and exchange fees due to initial defects or incorrect products.

■ Notes

• Even in cases of initial defects or incorrect products, we may refuse your return if a long period of time has passed.
