If you would like to have it printed, after adding it to your cart, Please enter the details to be printed in the "Memo column: Enter details to be printed" (open the tab above the subtotal). Please enter the printing content in approximately 50 characters or less. (No emojis allowed)

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00am, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00am will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Notes

• We may not be able to ship or respond to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, or long holidays (such as the New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and Obon). Therefore, we will respond in order from the first business day.
• Please note that if your order needs to be verified, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience <br/>The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.

■ We will cover the return and exchange fees due to initial defects or incorrect products.

■ Notes

• Even in cases of initial defects or incorrect products, we may refuse your return if a long period of time has passed.
